How do I go about scheduling a appointment with a stylist?

Each stylist is independent and have their own availability & pricing. You can find out more information on a specific stylist on their Instagram handle located in their bio.

When going in for any color service, should I wash my hair prior to my visit?

Yes please, this helps ensure there are no barriers on the hair cuticle and allows for a better color/ lightening outcome.

How long should I wait to wash my hair after visiting the salon for a color appointment?

We recommend waiting at least 3 days before your first wash after your color service. This will help with color longevity.

If I have color treated hair that’s blonde/ brunette can I still wash my hair with hot water ?

No, please wash it with luke warm to cool water. This will help avoid dryness and ensure color longevity.

How often should I be washing my hair at home?

It is ideal for you to wash your hair once a week when having blonde / color treated hair. We recommend no more than twice a week.

Do you offer extensions?

Yes currently Erika, Stephanie, and Karina offer hand tied bead weft extensions contact your desired stylist for more information.

What shampoo/ products should I be using at home?

We recommend Davines that’s exclusive at our salon. It is a high quality product and there’s options for all hair types. To personalize your products each stylist will educate you on what is best for your hair before leaving the salon. We ask all our clients to stay away from drug store products for they can be expired , diluted or not the same quality.

How often should I use purple / blue shampoo?

Once to twice a month. Only start the use of these shampoos once you feel like the toner has started to fade.

SALON POLICIES

Cancellations are required to have at least a 48 hour notice in advance of your appointment time.

Failure to follow this policy can result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service. We understand emergencies happen and are out of our control. But we ask that whatever the case is , you find the time to communicate with us.

We have a grace period of 15 minutes given for all appointments scheduled. Failure to arrive on time can result in a $30 fee or will be rescheduled.
