Cancellations are required to have at least a 48 hour notice in advance of your appointment time.
Failure to follow this policy can result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service. We understand emergencies happen and are out of our control. But we ask that whatever the case is , you find the time to communicate with us.
We have a grace period of 15 minutes given for all appointments scheduled. Failure to arrive on time can result in a $30 fee or will be rescheduled.
